WHY ROSEN LAW: We encourage investors to select qualified counsel with a track record of success in leadership roles. Often, firms issuing notices do not have comparable experience, resources or any meaningful peer recognition. Many of these firms do not actually handle securities class actions, but are merely middlemen that refer clients or partner with law firms that actually litigate the cases. Be wise in selecting counsel. The Rosen Law Firm represents investors throughout the globe, concentrating its practice in securities class actions and shareholder derivative litigation. Rosen Law Firm has achieved the largest ever securities class action settlement against a Chinese Company. Rosen Law Firm was Ranked No. 1 by ISS Securities Class Action Services for number of securities class action settlements in 2017. The firm has been ranked in the top 4 each year since 2013 and has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for investors. In 2019 alone the firm secured over $438 million for investors. In 2020, founding partner Laurence Rosen was named by law360 as a Titan of Plaintiffs’ Bar. Many of the firm’s attorneys have been recognized by Lawdragon and Super Lawyers.

DETAILS OF THE CASE: According to the lawsuit, defendants throughout the Class Period made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) defendants had engaged in a variety of improper and illegal schemes to inflate testing services revenue and demand, including pushing a surveillance protocol through inaccurate marketing materials, offering extravagant inducements or kickbacks to physicians and other providers, and improperly bundling expensive testing services with other blood tests as part of the RemoTraC service; (2) these practices, and others, subjected CareDx to an undisclosed risk of regulatory scrutiny; (3) these practices rendered the Company’s testing services revenue reported throughout the Class Period artificially inflated; and (4) as a result, defendants’ positive statements about the Company’s business, operations, and prospects were materially false and misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis at all relevant times. When the true details entered the market, the lawsuit claims that investors suffered damages.

Hungary stun England 1-0 in UEFA Nations League, historic win for hosts

The Hungarian national football team shocked England 1-0 in a 2022-23 UEFA Nations League match Saturday in an historic win.

Midfielder Dominik Szoboszlai, 21, scored the winning goal on a penalty in the second half.

Following a foul on Zsolt Nagy by Chelsea defender Reece James, the hosts were awarded a penalty kick that Szoboszlai, who plays for Leipzig, converted successfully in the 66th minute at Budapest’s Puskas Arena.

It was the first time that Hungary have beaten England since 1962.

“We have to accept that we did not do enough to win the game, a draw would have been the fair outcome. We did not create too many clear cut chances,” said England head coach Gareth Southgate. “The balance of finding out about new things and the consistency of the regular team, I have to look at whether I got that right.”

Meanwhile, Hungary coach Marco Rossi said that he is “satisfied” and happy with his team’s performance against England.

“I told the team during half time that they could win. I’m satisfied; they gave the maximum. This match is another gem we can pull into the chain of recent years,” said Rossi.

Separately, Hungarian midfielder Callum Styles, who was born in England in 2000 and is currently playing for English lower division club, Barnsley, played for the hosts because he has a Hungarian grandmother.

Hungary are leading League A – Group 3 with three points.

Germany and Italy have one point each after a 1-1 draw in Bologna.

The other football powerhouse, England, are in last place without any points.

In the next fixture, Hungary will visit Italy on Tuesday.

Germany will host England in Munich on the same day.

Rafael Nadal wins 2022 French Open, seals 22nd Grand Slam title

Spanish tennis star Rafael Nadal won the 2022 French Open in men’s singles, which is his 22nd Grand Slam title.

The fifth-seed Nadal, 36, beat world No. 8 Casper Ruud from Norway 6-3, 6-3, 6-0 in the final held at Paris’ Court Philippe-Chatrier.

Ruud was leading the second set 3-1 but Nadal came back from the deficit to take a 6-3 win in that set, lowering his Norwegian opponent’s guard on the clay court.

Nadal seemed comfortable to dominate the third set, winning it 6-0.

Ruud, 23, became the first Norwegian man to play a Grand Slam final.

Sunday’s final lasted for two hours and 18 minutes.

Nadal, who is called the King of Clay, holds the record for the most French Open winner with 14 titles in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2022.

He had sealed the record for the most Grand Slam singles titles in men’s tennis history after winning the 2022 Australian Open in January, surpassing Switzerland’s Roger Federer and Serbian top seed Novak Djokovic.

Federer and Djokovic bagged 20 Grand Slam titles each.
