دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة 27 سبتمبر / أيلول 2021 /PRNewswire/ —  انتعشت مستويات نظرة المستثمرين للشركات في مكالمات الأرباح إلى مستويات ما قبل كوفيد، وفقًا لـ Iridium Quant Lens، وهي منصة ذكاء اصطناعي خاصة تحلل نظرة المستثمرين في مكالمات الأرباح من الشركات الخليجية المدرَجة.  وقد عادت النظرة العامة التي تم التعبير عنها في مكالمات أرباح النصف الأول للشركات إلى مستويات 2019، بعد أن قفزت باستمرار من أدنى مستوياتها على الإطلاق في الربع الأول من عام 2020، عندما كان الوباء في أشرس حالاته.

وتقوم منصة Iridium Quant Lens، التي طورتها شركة استشارات علاقات المستثمرين المتخصصة “إيريديوم أدفيزور”، بفك شفرة مكالمات الأرباح، بما في ذلك العروض التقديمية للشركة وجلسات الأسئلة والأجوبة للمحللين، قبل إجراء “تحليل آلي” لنصوص المكالمات للكشف عن النظرة والثقة ومستويات اليقين التي يظهرها المسؤولون التنفيذيون في الشركات. وبالنسبة لهذا الربع من العام، قامت إيريديوم بتحليل مكالمات الأرباح من 1 يوليو إلى 31 أغسطس 2021 لـ 80 شركة مدرَجة، تُمثِّل 73 بالمائة من إجمالي القيمة السوقية لدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.

وقد بلغ متوسط عدد ذِكر كلمة “كوفيد” والكلمات الأخرى المتعلقة بالصحة في العروض التقديمية للشركات ذروته عند 26 لكل مكالمة في الربع الأول من عام 2020، ولكنه انخفض الآن إلى 8 لكل مكالمة.  قبل ظهور الفيروس، تم ذِكر الموضوعات الصحية أربع مرات فقط لكل مكالمة في المتوسط.

في حين أن هذا الارتفاع في الثقة مرحب به، إلا أن هناك خطرًا من أن تصبح الشركات مفرطة في التفاؤل، وهو عامل تم الكشف عنه في مقياس “انحياز نظرة المستثمرين”. ويرسم هذا المقياس الفَرق في نظرة المستثمرين بين اللغة المستخدمة في العروض التقديمية للإدارة وجلسة الأسئلة والأجوبة مع المحللين والمستثمرين.

وقد زاد التحيز لنظرة المستثمرين بشكل حاد منذ الربع الأخير من عام 2020، مما يشير إلى أن ثقة الإدارة قد تسابقت على مجتمع المحللين والمستثمرين.  يجب أن تكون هذه علامة تحذير للإدارة: إذا تُركت دون مراجعة، فإن عدم التوازن بين ما تقوله الإدارة، وكيف يفسر المستثمرون هذه النظرة، يمكن أن يؤدي إلى الإضرار بمصداقية الإدارة وسمعتها، وتراجع الثقة في الشركة.

كما تنشر أكبر المؤسسات المالية العالمية بانتظام تقنية مماثلة في تحليلها لمكالمات أرباح الشركة، وتحديد الأدلة على نظرة المستثمرين والنظرة المستقبلية، والبحث عن الشيء الذي يوضح أن تلك الإدارة تُقدِّم دون وعي، من فحوصات الحقائق الأساسية والاتساق إلى تحليل نظرة المستثمرين واكتشاف الحقيقة، على طول الطريق إلى التنبؤ بأداء سعر السهم.

·  انتعشت نظرة المستثمرين أكثر في القطاعات المالية والعقارية والمواد، والتي تعافت جميعها الآن إلى مستويات ما قبل كوفيد أو أعلى.

·  على النقيض من ذلك، كانت القطاعات الصناعية وتقدير المستهلك والطاقة أكثر صمتًا في تعافيها، وهو مؤشر على التأثير المستمر لـ كوفيد على هذه القطاعات.

The heads of state and government of the Turkic Council member nations will meet in Istanbul on Nov.12, Turkey’s foreign minister said Monday.

 

Historical steps will be taken for the council at this summit, Mevlut Cavusoglu said during a joint news conference he addressed with his Azerbaijani counterpart Jeyhun Bayramov in Istanbul following the Extraordinary Meeting of Foreign Ministers of the Turkic Council on Afghanistan.

 

On Afghanistan where the Taliban have seized control in August, Cavusoglu said that the Turkic Council has certain expectations and concerns about the war-weary country like the entire international community.

 

“These are the prevention of humanitarian crisis, protection of human rights including minority rights and women’s rights, prevention of irregular migrant flow, and resurgence of terrorism,” said Cavusoglu.

 

“For this, the establishment of an inclusive government in the country and the functioning of the state mechanism are important,” he added.

 

Cavusoglu said that the foreign ministers of the Turkic Council also discussed the ways to help Afghanistan’s neighbors that suffer from irregular immigration.

 

“We decided to exhibit solidarity with them. We also discussed what we could do in terms of counter-terrorism, and we are going to be announcing our joint declaration shortly,” he stated.

 

Cavusoglu also said that the Sept. 27 is a significant date for the Turkic world as it marks the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s independence and the start of the latest conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan, which led to the liberation of Karabakh from occupation.

 

He congratulated Turkmenistan on the anniversary of its independence and said the country will attend the leaders summit scheduled for Nov. 12.

 

“Also, today is a day to commemorate the martyrs of Azerbaijan. Karabakh is no longer going to be remembered with instability in the region, but peace and development,” said Cavusoglu, adding that normalization and regional cooperation should be the focus.

 

“Our president (Recep Tayyip Erdogan) and (Azerbaijani) President Ilham Aliyev have expressed their commitment to peace and stability in the region,” the Turkish foreign minister added.

 

Patriotic War

 

Bayramov, for his part, said Sept. 27 is a “special day” in Azerbaijan’s history of independence as the country exactly one year ago responded to the military provocations of Armenia.

 

“The Azerbaijani Armed Forces upon the order of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief (President Aliyev) launched a counter-attack and ended the occupation which lasted for nearly 30 years,” he said.

 

Bayramov also thanked all countries and authorities, especially Turkey, which supported Azerbaijan’s “just stance” during the war.

 

Since the first day of Patriotic War, Turkey provided its “utmost support” to Azerbaijan and its people at the national level, especially at the level of president, parliament, political parties, ministries, and NGOs, he said.

 

“This political and moral support was very important to us,” Bayramov said, adding that this support boosted Azerbaijan’s power, and turned into a “symbol of unity and brotherhood” of the two countries.

 

He underlined that marking Azerbaijan’s Sept. 27 Remembrance Day together with “brothers and sisters” in Turkey has a “symbolic meaning.”

 

Speaking on the meeting on Afghanistan, Bayramov said the ministers representing the Turkic speaking countries put forward their views on the issue, adding that discussion was “very productive.”

 

“We will further continue our tireless efforts for the sake of the Afghan nation,” he pledged.

 

Bayramov said they also had a chance with Cavusoglu to discuss the latest regional developments, bilateral relations, and multiple projects between the two countries.

 

Liberation of Karabakh

 

Relations between the former Soviet republics of Azerbaijan and Armenia have been tense since 1991, when the Armenian military occupied Nagorno-Karabakh, also known as Upper Karabakh, a territory internationally recognized as part of Azerbaijan, and seven adjacent regions.

 

When new clashes erupted on Sept. 27, 2020, the Armenian army launched attacks on civilians and Azerbaijani forces and violated several humanitarian cease-fire agreements.

 

During the 44-day conflict, Azerbaijan liberated several cities and nearly 300 settlements and villages from the nearly three-decade occupation.

 

On Nov. 10, 2020, the two countries signed a Russian-brokered agreement to end the fighting and work toward a comprehensive resolution.

 

On Jan. 11, the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia signed a pact to develop economic ties and infrastructure to benefit the entire region. It included the establishment of a trilateral working group on Karabakh.

 

The cease-fire is seen as a victory for Azerbaijan and a defeat for Armenia, whose armed forces withdrew in line with the agreement.

 

Prior to this victory, about 20% of Azerbaijan’s territory had been under illegal occupation for nearly 30 years.

Iranian trucks have been illegally entering the Karabakh region on a regular basis since before the region was liberated from Armenian occupation last fall, according to Azerbaijan’s president.

 

Ilham Aliyev was commenting on the recent entry of the trucks as part of an exclusive interview with Anadolu Agency in which he evaluated the second Karabakh war, which erupted on Sept. 27, 2020.

 

“This is not the first time that Iran’s trucks have illegally traveled to the Karabakh region. This is something that happened repeatedly during the occupation period,” Aliyev said.

 

“We had the information. But there was, of course, no clear information like now. With this in mind, we were expressing our dissatisfaction with the illegal crossings through various channels, but this process continued.”

 

Around 60 Iranian trucks entered Azerbaijan’s Karabakh region without permission between Aug. 11 and Sept. 11 this year after Azerbaijan called on Iran to put an end to the practice, he said.

 

“Then we started to control the road passing through Azerbaijani land, and the trucks sent by Iran to Karabakh came to an end,” he said, adding if they use Azerbaijani land, they should pay taxes.

 

Aliyev also commented on a military drill launched by Iran near the Azerbaijani border.

 

“This is a very surprising event. Every country can carry out any military drill on its own territory. It’s their sovereign right. But why now, and why on our border?”

 

“Why weren’t the drills held when the Armenians were in the Jabrayil, Fizuli and Zangilan regions? Why is this being done after we liberated these lands, after 30 years of occupation?”

 

Turkey-Azerbaijan relations

 

Aliyev also highlighted the close relations between Azerbaijan and Turkey.

 

“There is no such example of cooperation, friendship and brotherhood around the world. The second Karabakh war proved this once again.

 

“Our relations reached even higher levels after the second Karabakh war,” he said.

 

“I think that the relations, which are getting stronger day by day, increasing joint projects, our solidarity and brotherhood are an example for all our neighbors. If all our neighbors had established their relations with Turkey the way Azerbaijan does, then there would be no war in the world,” he added.

 

Armenia making overtures to Turkey

 

Touching on Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s positive signals towards Turkey, Aliyev said Armenia, which opposes a six-nation platform for regional peace comprising Turkey, Russia, Iran, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Armenia, now declares that it wants to normalize relations with Turkey.

 

“If you want to normalize (it), first respond positively to this platform. Otherwise, there is a contradiction here again,” he asserted.

 

He went on to say that Armenia should renounce a territorial claim against Turkey which is included in its constitution.

 

“How can a weak and completely shattered country like Armenia make a territorial claim against a giant country like Turkey? This is something like a mental illness.”

 

They should also abandon their claims against Azerbaijan and normalize relations with the country, he said.

 

“I am sure that the Turkish side always favors peace and wide-ranging cooperation in the region. There are very positive signals coming from Turkey. But in Armenia, this needs to be evaluated correctly.”

The Azerbaijani Embassy in Islamabad hosted an event on Monday to mark Remembrance Day to remember the fallen soldiers of second Karabakh war, also known as the Patriotic War.

 

Pakistan’s Senate Chairman Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani, Deputy Chairman Mirza Muhammad Afridi, Turkey’s Ambassador to Pakistan Mustafa Yurdakul, members of parliament, officials, and diplomats attended the ceremony in Pakistan’s capital.

 

Azerbaijan is observing Sept. 27 as the Remembrance Day to mark the start of last year’s conflict that ended with Baku regaining swaths of territory occupied by Armenia for nearly three decades.

 

In his speech on the occasion, Sanjrani paid tribute to the Azerbaijani soldiers who gave their lives for their motherland.

 

“Today, I also congratulate the government, ambassador, and people of Azerbaijan on their great victory against Armenia and the liberation of their land last year,” he said.

 

The Senate chairman condemned Armenian war crimes against innocent Azerbaijanis, saying Pakistan stood by the Azerbaijani nation, and will always do so.

 

“We, along with Turkey, stood with Azerbaijan and supported their principled stance and Pakistan is ready to extend its support in reconstruction of newly liberated areas of Karabakh,” Sanjrani said.

 

He also expressed gratitude to the Azerbaijani government for its support for Pakistan’s stance on the Jammu and Kashmir dispute.

 

In July last year, Armenian cease-fire violations killed 12 Azerbaijani troops – including high-ranking officers – and wounded four others, further angering Azerbaijan. One elderly Azerbaijani civilian was also killed.

 

On Sept. 21, 2020, clashes in the same region flared up again when a Azerbaijani army soldier was killed and another wounded.

 

During a subsequent 44-day conflict that ended with a Russian-brokered peace deal signed on Nov. 10, Azerbaijan liberated several cities and nearly 300 settlements and villages from Armenia’s occupation.

 

“This is a big moment for our Azerbaijan brothers and sisters,” Yurdakul said, referring to the victory of Azerbaijan against Armenia, whose military troops retreated in accordance with the cease-fire deal.

 

Azerbaijan declared that they would not accept the design of the others, the ambassador said, adding that they had this opportunity to employ their own legal and powerful armed forces and recapture the territory they had lost to the invasion for 30 years.

 

On the occasion, Azerbaijani Ambassador to Pakistan Khazar Farhadov commended Turkey and Pakistan for supporting their principled position and standing with them in the Patriotic War.

 

“The Patriotic War put an end to Armenia’s nearly 30-year-long policy of aggression. Azerbaijan ensured its territorial integrity, and the fundamental rights of nearly one million displaced Azerbaijanis were restored. Azerbaijan alone ensured the implementation of the relevant UN Security Council resolutions of 1993,” he said.

 

He explained that last year, the Azerbaijani armed forces began taking responsive measures in response to another military provocation by the Armenian military.

 

“These measures were undertaken within the framework of the right to self-defense. They were in full compliance with the international humanitarian law in order to prevent another military aggression from Armenia and to ensure the security of the civilian population. This marked the beginning of the 44-day Patriotic War,” the envoy said.

 

Since the early 1990s, he said, four UN Security Council resolutions and two UN General Assembly resolutions, as well as many international organizations, have demanded the “immediate, complete, and unconditional withdrawal of the occupying forces from the occupied Azerbaijani territory.”

 

Prior to Azerbaijan’s victory last year, about 20% of its territory had been illegally occupied for nearly 30 years.

Seven Palestinian inmates in Israeli prisons have staged a hunger strike to protest their detention without trial, a Palestinian NGO said on Monday.

 

In a statement, the Palestinian Prisoners Society said the detainees include two who are being hospitalized.

 

“The [Israeli] occupation continues its intransigence and refusal to respond to their demand of ending their administrative detention, in an attempt to bring the striking prisoners to a difficult and dangerous health stage,” the NGO said.

 

The policy of administrative detention allows Israeli authorities to extend the detention of a prisoner without charge or trial.

 

There are around 4,850 Palestinian detainees in Israeli prisons, including 520 administrative detainees, according to institutions concerned with prisoners’ affairs.
