Turkish security forces nab 3 FETO terror suspects trying to cross into Greece

ISTANBUL: Turkish security forces captured three suspected members of the Fethullah Terrorist Organization (FETO) who were trying to cross into Greece, the Turkish National Defense Ministry said on Monday.

“Our fight against terrorism continues at our borders,” a ministry statement said.

As a result of the investigation, it was determined that the captured individuals were members of the FETO terror group, it added.

FETO and its US-based leader Fethullah Gulen orchestrated the defeated coup of July 15, 2016, in which 252 people were killed and 2,734 wounded in Trkiye.
