Spot market electricity prices for Friday, June 10

The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye’s day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 3,193.98 Turkish liras at 21.00 local time (1800 GMT), according to official figures on Thursday.

The lowest rate is determined as 1,857.99 liras at 06.00 local times (0300 GMT), the figures showed.

The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Thursday’s electricity market showed a decrease of 8.29% to 1.42 billion liras compared to Wednesday.

The arithmetical and weighted average prices of electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as liras 2,547.38 and 2,570.50 liras, respectively.

The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Thursday was set as 3,149.97 Turkish liras at 21.00 local time (1800 GMT) while the lowest rate was determined as 2,319.24 liras at 06.00 local times (0300 GMT), the figures showed.
