President appoints Andreas Antoniades as Accountant General of the Republic

President of the Republic Nikos Christodoulides has appointed Andreas Antoniades as Accountant General of the Republic of Cyprus.

According to a press release by the Presidency, Antoniades served as Director of Accounting Services of the Treasury of the Republic and was appointed as Head of Accounting and Financial Management of the Ministry of Finance, from April 2023.

Between 2010 to 2016, he offered his services to the European Court of Auditors in Luxembourg, as Attaché and later as Head of Cabinet of the Cypriot Member at the Court, Lazaros Lazarou.
