Spot market electricity prices for Sunday, July 25

The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey’s day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 617 Turkish liras between 20.00 and 22.00 local time while the lowest will be 358.37 liras at 09.00 local time, according to official figures on Saturday.

Turkey’s Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Saturday’s electricity market showed a decrease of 13.2% to 238.68 million liras compared to Friday.

The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 445.59 liras and 444.88 liras, respectively.

The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Friday was 617 Turkish liras between 18.00 and 22.00 local times while the lowest at 352.08 liras at 06.00 local time.
