KYIV: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Monday announced ‘significant’ improvements in supplies to the front line from Kyiv’s partners. He highlighted an increase in deliveries under support packages following a meeting with the country’s military leadership.
According to Anadolu Agency, Zelenskyy mentioned that artillery supplies have notably improved, and Defense Minister Rustem Umerov reported on the enhanced supply of Ukrainian-made drones to the military. He stated, “Approved delivery plans are being implemented, and I extend my gratitude to all manufacturers involved.” Zelenskyy also instructed the Minister of Defense to boost orders for Ukrainian drones to bolster relevant operations.
The meeting provided a comprehensive assessment of the front line situation, with a high priority given to the Pokrovsk, Kurakhove, Toretsk, and Kupiansk fronts in the Donetsk and Kharkiv regions. Zelenskyy also addressed a separate report on Ukraine’s ongoing incursion in Russia’s border region of Kursk.
