Zasypkin: Putin determined to end Syrian war

Russian Ambassador, Alexander Zasypkin, said that Russian President Vladimir Putin was well-determined to end the war in Syria.

Ambassador Zasypkin's fresh stance came Tuesday as he received Lebanese Struggle Movement Secretary General, Faisal Daoud.

Zasypkin confirmed his country's constant position towards Syria's unity and support for the country in the war against terrorism.

"No credibility for US in combating terrorism. US actually breached the articles of the agreement because it did not want a political solution," he added.

"The cooperation is ongoing with Iran and China at the time that it's still expected from Turkey to prove on the ground what have already been agreed on," he concluded.
