Luna Rossa beat Ineos Britannia in the fourth race of the Louis Vuitton Cup final on Sunday with the rivals now tied 2-2.
The challenge began after several postponements caused by strong winds.
Earlier on Sunday, Luna Rossa had an uphill start in the third race of the Louis Vuitton Cup final.
Before the start, which had already been repeatedly postponed because there was too much wind, Team Prada Pirelli broke the mainsail and was disqualified after too many people came aboard to fix the sail.
Ineos Britannoia took race three without competing.
