Now is the time for ceasefire and the time to create the conditions for peace and security to prevail, President Nikos Christodoulides said, a year since the October 7th attacks on Israel.
Posting on X Monday evening, the President said that today we remember the abhorrent terrorist attack of October 7, against innocent civilians.
“There is never, ever, any justification for terror. We reiterate our call for the unconditional and immediate release of all hostages”, he said.
