Stanleybet’s Bookmaker License not renewed, says National Betting Authority

The National Betting Authority of Cyprus announced in a statement on Wednesday the expiry of the Class A Bookmaker’s License of the legal entity Stanleybet Malta Limited, number A006, on January 10, 2024.

As stated, the company has decided not to proceed with the renewal of its Class A Bookmaker’s License, therefore, the company is not allowed to provide betting services in the Republic of Cyprus under the Betting Law of 2019 37(I)/2019 as of 11 January 2024.

For further information regarding the settlement of any outstanding matters, the public may contact the company’s authorised representative, Ms. Stavrou on 22444584, while the National Betting Authority is at the disposal of the players to resolve any disputes or complaints between them and the Company, the press release concluded.
