The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Turkiye’s day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 2,399.99 Turkish liras at 21.00 local time (1800 GMT), according to official figures on Tuesday.
The lowest is determined as 1,490.54 liras at 00.06, 07.00 and 12.00 local time (0300, 04.00 and 09.00 GMT), the figures show.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Tuesday’s electricity market showed an increase of 2.7% to 1,070 billion liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices of electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 1,927.61 liras and 1,942.61 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Tuesday was set as 2,280 liras at 20.00 local time (1700 GMT), with the lowest at 1,188.04 liras at 07.00 local time (0400 GMT).
