TFF Club Licensing Board, evaluating within the scope of the National Club License System, as a result of the examination of the top 3 leagues of the Super League, TFF 1st League and TFF 2nd League clubs made applications made according to Sport, Infrastructure, Personnel, Legal and Financial Criteria examined.
In its initial assessments, the Club Licensing Board; Super League Akhisarspor, Atiker Konyaspor, Aytemiz Alanyaspor AS, Besiktas AS, Caykur Rizespor AS, Evkur Yeni Malatyaspor, Fenerbahce AS, Galatasaray AS, Goztepe AS , Kasimpasa A.S., Medipol Basaksehir FK, Trabzonspor A.S. Giresunspor and Istanbulspor A.S. UEFA License; TFF 1. Altinordu A.S., Etimesgut Belediyespor, Hacettepe Spor, Kirklarelispor and Nigde Anadolu Futbol Kulubu A.S. had given National License to clubs.
The Board convened on August 08, 2019 to make decisions for the second stage of the National Club License. According to this; Sivasspor from Super League, GFK Gazisehir Gaziantep Football Club Inc.; Adana Demirspor, Fatih Karagumruk AS, Hatayspor, Keciorengucu Spor, Umraniye Spor from TFF 1.Lig; Afjet Afyonspor, Amed Sportive Activities, Baskent Academy Spor Yatirimlari AS, Gumushane Spor, Kahramanmaraspor AS, Kastamonuspor 1966, 1922 Konyaspor, Manisa Futbol Yatirimlari AS, Samsunspor AS from TFF 2.Lig. , Sariyer Spor and Tuzla Spor A.S. clubs have completed their deficiencies within the given time period, the National License was given.
In the same meeting, the Board, the remaining clubs to eliminate deficiencies in the Club License and Financial Fair Play Instructions 25/1. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Annex.XIV table of the Directive in which the sanctions to be applied to the criterion violations provided for in Article 6 of this Article were determined, it gave a fine and a second 30-day period.
As a result, the number of clubs receiving Licenses for the 2019-2020 season increased to 37.
