New Manchester United Boss Ruben Amorim Targets Europa League Victory.

Manchester: New Manchester United boss Ruben Amorim is setting his sights on maintaining the team’s undefeated streak in the UEFA Europa League as they prepare to face Norwegian side Bodo/Glimt on Thursday in matchday 5.

According to Anadolu Agency, Amorim, who recently took charge of the Red Devils, has highlighted the importance of tactical changes ahead of the game. He stated, “United cannot play the way (Sporting) play, and we will have to adapt.” Despite the challenge, the coach is determined to secure a win for Manchester United, who are currently placed 15th in the league standings with six points, all from draws.

Bodo/Glimt, recognized for their strong performances, have only faced defeat once in their five European away games this season-a 2-0 loss to Crvena Zvezda in the Champions League playoffs. They are in 12th place with seven points. However, both teams are dealing with injury concerns. Manchester United’s veteran defender Harry Maguire is doubtful for the match due to a muscle injury from Oc
tober, while Bodo/Glimt’s winger Daniel Bassi is recovering from a thigh injury.

The Europa League matchday 5 will feature several other fixtures, including Athletic Club vs Elfsborg, AZ Alkmaar vs Galatasaray, and Tottenham Hotspur vs Roma, among others. Manchester United’s encounter with Bodo/Glimt is one of the key matches as Amorim aims to guide his team towards European success.
