French midfielder Corentin Tolisso has left Bayern Munich to return to Olympique Lyon, where he started his career.
The French Ligue 1 side Friday confirmed the signing of the 27-year-old player until 2027.
In his first stint at Lyon, Tolisso netted 29 goals in 160 matches between 2013 and 2017.
He scored 21 goals in 118 appearances during his five-season spell at Bayern Munich where he has won five German Bundesliga, two German Cups, four German Super Cups, one UEFA Champions League, one FIFA Club World Cup, and one UEFA Super Cup.
Tolisso also helped France win the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
