Fenerbahce beat Austria Wien 2-0 in the first leg of the playoffs in the UEFA Europa League on Thursday.
Joshua King drew first blood early for Fenerbahce in the eighth minute at Generali Arena in Vienna and the first half ended 1-0.
Austria Wien’s Lucas Galvao was sent off with a second yellow card in the 83rd minute. Then just six minutes later, the Yellow Canaries’ Serdar Dursun made the final score 2-0.
In the second leg match, Fenerbahce will host their Austrian opponents at Ulker Stadium on Aug. 25.
