European stocks rallied to close with massive gains on Friday as exchanges increased more than 1.2% apiece.
The STOXX Europe 600, which includes around 90% of the market capitalization of the European market in 17 countries, was up 6.88 points, or 1.51%, to 462.15.
The UK's FTSE 100 increased 117 points, or 1.56%, to end the session at 7,607. Germany's DAX 30, meanwhile, added 197 points, or 1.25%, to 16,051.
France's CAC 40 was the best performer of the day, soaring 133 points, or 1.87%, to close at 7,270.
Italy's FTSE MIB jumped 492 points, or 1.85%, to finish the session at 27,068.
Spain's IBEX 35 increased 149 points, or 1.63%, to end the day at 9,317.
