A 12-week consultation on the “Digital Europe” programme has recently been launched, Cyprus’ Deputy Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy said on Wednesday noting that members of the pubic, businesses, public authorities and social partners may participate.
The Deputy Ministry said in an announcement that the consultation, which will run until September 20, (midnight Brussels time), aims to gather the views of relevant stakeholder groups on the effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, coherence and EU added value of Digital Europe.
It said that it aims for feedback by businesses across sectors (including small and medium-sized enterprises), associations, non-governmental organisations, academia and educational institutes, social partners, public authorities and members of the public such as pupils and students interested in an ICT-related career or employees in the digital field.
The consultation, it adds, will also be an opportunity to assess the first results achieved, such as the development
of supercomputers, the launch of the network of European Digital Innovation Hubs, the creation of Artificial Intelligence Testing and Experimentation Facilities and Common European Data Spaces, as well as training for advanced digital skills.
The questionnaire is available in English, French and German on the “Have Your Say” portal.
