Brazilian goalkeeper Ederson committed his future to Manchester City after signing a new five-year contract on Wednesday.
“The goalkeeper put pen to paper on a deal which keeps him at the Etihad Stadium until the summer of 2026, prolonging his commitment to the Club to nine years from his arrival in June 2017,” the defending Premier League champions said in a statement.
Having kept 94 clean sheets in 195 appearances, the 28-year-old player joined Manchester City from the Portuguese side Benfica in 2017.
Ederson has been a regular part of the City squad during his four-year spell, lifting three Premier League titles and one FA Cup.
