Delegates from eleven countries (Armenia, Georgia, Cyprus, Romania, Ukraine, Moldova, Greece, Spain, Poland, Lithuania and Belgium) participate in the seminar on Strategic Communication in the Security and Defence Framework, organized in Cyprus by the Security and Defence Academy of the Ministry of Defence and the “Alexandru loan Cuza” Police Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Romania, under the auspices of the European College of Security and Defence.
According to an official press release, the seminar is held in the coastal town of Larnaka, between 21 and 24 of November, with the support of the Embassy of Romania in Cyprus and the European Commission, within the framework of the Eastern Partnership initiative.
The seminar will examine ways to deal with a series of crises at the political and military level, within the Global Strategy for the Foreign and Security Policy of the European Union. Participants who successfully complete the seminar will be awarded certificates of attendance signed b
y the EU High Representative for Foreign Policy Josep Borrell.
