Cypriot scientist recognized among world’s top in Artificial Neural Networks

Dr. Silas Michaelides, Chief Operating Manager of the ERATOSTHENES Centre of Excellence at the Cyprus University of Technology, has been recognized as one of the top scientists globally, ranking within the top 0.5% in the specialty of Artificial Neural Networks, according to the credible ScholarGPS platform. As ERATOSTHENES says in a press release, the ScholarGPS platform indicates that Dr. Michaelides' research activities are predominantly aligned with Engineering and Computer Science, receiving recognition in the area of Artificial Neural Networks. His academic interests also cover Earth Observation, Meteorology, Meteorological Radar, Geospatial data analysis, and the development of innovative solutions to address environmental and climate challenges.
