The Celtics are placed sixth with 33 wins and 25 losses, while the Atlanta Hawks have 26 victories and 30 defeats to be in the 10th spot in the Eastern Conference standings.
In another game in the day, Minnesota Timberwolves sealed a win 129-120 over Indiana Pacers thanks to Anthony Edwards’ 37 points.
Having snapped a two-game losing streak, the Timberwolves are in the seventh spot with 30 wins and 27 losses in the Western Conference.
