About 2,000 Nigerians evacuated from Sudan are stranded at the Egyptian border, according to officials. UN experts condemned Singapore for executing a man accused of 'abetting' and 'conspiracy to traffic drugs.' Russian President Vladimir Putin will be arrested if he sets foot in South Africa's Western Cape Province during an expected visit in August, according to the leader of the province. Bosnia and Herzegovina formed a government for the Bosniak, Croat federation entity, one of two entities of the country. Another provocative attack was carried out on the Muslim holy book, the Quran, and the Turkish flag in front of the Turkish Embassy in Denmark's capital, Copenhagen. Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva officially recognized six indigenous territories in South American nation, promising to fulfill his campaign pledge to uphold the rights of Indigenous peoples by demarcating their lands.
