Gaza City: At least 25 Palestinians were killed and several others injured in Israeli attacks targeting northern and central Gaza Strip early Saturday.
According to Anadolu Agency, a medical source at the Al-Shifa Hospital reported that the hospital received the bodies of 10 Palestinians and several injured individuals after Israeli forces targeted homes in Nuseirat Camp. Additionally, at least 12 Palestinians were killed and several others injured due to Israeli shelling that struck the Tal al-Dhahab area in Beit Lahia, northern Gaza, as per medical sources.
Further reports indicated that three Palestinians were killed and several others injured when Israeli forces shelled the Saftawi neighborhood in northern Gaza City, medical sources informed Anadolu Agency. Despite a UN Security Council resolution demanding an immediate cease-fire, Israel has continued its offensive on Gaza, which began following an attack last year by the Palestinian resistance group.
Since the offensive started, more than 43,200 peop
le, mostly women and children, have been killed, and over 101,800 others injured, according to local health authorities. Israel is currently facing a genocide case at the International Court of Justice for its actions in Gaza.
