Burkina Faso shutout Tunisia 1-0 on Saturday to advance to the AFCON semifinals in Cameroon.
Winger Dango Ouattara, 19, scored the winner for his team in the 45th minute at Roumde Adjia stadium.
But Burkina Faso were down to 10 men after Ouattara received a red card in the 82nd minute.
Burkina Faso, who moved to the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations final, will take on the winner of the Senegal – Equatorial Guinea match in the next round.
