The trade volume of Turkey’s spot natural gas market decreased by 6.96% to 6.14 million Turkish liras on Friday, Turkey’s Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Saturday.
Total trade on Thursday amounted to 6.60 million liras.
On Friday’s spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas costs 2,060 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 2.98 million cubic meters.
Turkey received 104.9 million cubic meters of pipeline gas on Friday.
US$1 equals 8.54 Turkish liras at 1103 GMT on Saturday.
