The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey’s day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 636 Turkish liras between 00.00 and 05.00 local times (2100-0200 GMT) and between 07.00 and 23.00 local times (0400 and 2000 GMT) while the lowest will be 413.57 liras at 06.00 local time (0300 GMT), according to official figures on Tuesday.
Turkey’s Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Tuesday’s electricity market showed a decrease of 1.78% to 323.6 million liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 620.09 liras and 618.86 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Tuesday is set as 636 liras at 00.00, 01.00 and 02.00 (2100, 2200 and 2300 GMT), and between 08.00 and 23.00 local times (0500 and 2000 GMT) with the lowest at 451.26 liras at 06.00 local time (0300 GMT).
